Some sessions have a specific number of photos indicated for delivery; however, I have a tendency to include more photos! 30 Min sessions (expect 12+ photos) 1 Hour sessions (expect 25+ photos) Mini's (expect 10+ Photos)

Every image you recieve from me will be edited. I like to keep people in my photos as natural as possible while lightly removing blemishes and/or discolorations. I will allow up to (1) session re-edit at the request of the client for paid sessions.

Galleries are guaranteed 'Active' for (30) days after delivery. During this time you have access to sharing, downloading, and purchasing products from the online store. Once galleries expire they can be reopened but an un-archiving fee will be charged at $20 per session. Please note that while I try to hold onto copies of all my delivered photos throughout the year(s) I cannot guarantee their accessibility. It is important and the clients responsibility to save their photos for safe keeping during their active gallery period. I offer flash drive backups for your session to purchase for an additional $20 (Shipped to you). These can be purchased at any time.

Life happends right? Which is why its understandable that somtimes clients can't make it to their session. I will gladly work with you to reschedule in the event you cannot make your session providing I'm given at least 24 hours notice prior to scheduled session. Deposits will be considered forfeit in the event the client is a NCNS to their scheduled session. I also reserve the right to deny any future appointments made. In the event of adverse weather; make up day(s) will be provided. There is a limit of up to (2) reschedules for all sessions.

Yes! You are provided with a print release for all of the images delivered to you. They are yours to do with what you wish. - However, when sharing your images- It is always appreciated to credit my page when possible. :) It is asked that you do not edit over or alter my work out of respect for my personal time and artistic style. If you would like a different tone or edit done specifically please let me know in advance to best try to accommodate your request.

Why yes! Foxi Photography is lucky to be able to partner with a couple other very talented local photographers. If you would like to add on a second shooter please let me know and we can discuss price and availability.
